Scott Chilton
President & CEO
Mr. Chilton has 20 years of management experience with Fortune 500 companies in various capacities, including sales, operations, and finance. His leadership and vision resulted in reduced cost, improved customer satisfaction and increased market share. He holds a BBA in marketing from the University of Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. A long time supporter of Young Life, Mr. Chilton has served on the North Texas Regional Board for 16 years. He has been a volunteer with Junior Achievement and helped raise financial support for Junior Achievement, the Boy Scouts of America, the Juvenile Diabetes Association and other community charities.

Stephanie Kroger
Legal Counsel
Ms. Kroger has substantial expertise on all matters relating to electric utility regulation and electricity purchasing. She has developed electricity-purchasing strategies, negotiated power supply agreements, developed cogeneration projects and organized aggregated buying groups for both public and private entities. She has represented clients before the Texas Legislature concerning electric utility industry restructuring, and has participated in regulatory proceedings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas. She served on the Bush-Cheney Energy Transition Team Advisory Committee charged with identifying key national energy issues and providing policy input. Ms. Kroger graduated summa cum laude from Coe College and received her J.D. degree from Columbia University.

Lino Mendiola
Legal Counsel
Mr. Mendiola specializes in electricity law, including negotiating competitive supply agreements, negotiating facility agreements, drafting aggregation agreements and litigating contested cases before the Public Utility Commission of Texas. He has represented various industrial companies in cases involving nearly every investor-owned utility in Texas. Over the last few years, he has represented industrial customers in several stranded cost cases before the Public Utility Commission. Outside of ERCOT, he has represented customers seeking to ensure that adequate retail protocols exist to support a competitive market. Lino is a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School and a former briefing attorney to Chief Justice Thomas R. Phillips of the Supreme Court of Texas.

Stan Gardner
Customer Service
Stan Gardner is a seasoned customer service executive with over 14 years of experience. Through his leadership, Mr. Gardner has developed an outstanding customer service organization. He is a past president and board member of a national call center professional organization. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, he is an active volunteer in the Dallas community. He is a long-time supporter of the Dallas Summer Musicals, serving on the Executive Committee as well as chairing the Marketing Committee. He has served as President of the dad’s club at his children’s elementary school. He is also a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, which supports a youth camp for troubled children and the J. Eric Johnson Community School.

Michael Wilson
Information Technology
Mr. Wilson has held engineering and management positions at Computer Language Research, DSC Communications, Lotus Development, and IBM. He has been the architect for the development of graphic printing systems, operating systems, CRM, ERP, and EIS systems. His projects have appeared in publications including BYTE Magazine and PC Magazine. Mr. Wilson graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in computer science. He received the John F. Chambers Communications Award for his work with United Way and is currently a member of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Interactive Marketing Association. He is a member of Fellowship Church where he leads a couples’ Bible study and he volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
